14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with the Wiesn World First-Timer’s Playbook. If it is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You do not need to explain why.

The Playbook is a digital product (a downloadable PDF), so you keep access to the file, but we will still refund your payment in full when you ask within the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Email us at admin@wiesnwithsepp.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (shown on your Payhip receipt). We aim to reply within 2 working days and process approved refunds straight away.

How refunds are paid

Payments for the Playbook are handled through Payhip, our checkout platform. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Payhip. Once processed, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

After 14 days

The 14-day guarantee is a goodwill promise on top of your legal rights. If something has gone wrong after that window, for example a corrupted file or a problem accessing your download, contact us anyway and we will make it right, whether that means re-sending the file or issuing a refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. By downloading the Playbook immediately after purchase you agree to receive the digital content straight away, and our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds the standard cancellation period for digital purchases.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at admin@wiesnwithsepp.com. We will almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback, and raising one before contacting us can delay the outcome.
