Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of Wiesn World and to any purchase of the First-Timer’s Playbook.

1. Who we are

Wiesn World is an independent website that tracks Oktoberfest tent reservation availability and publishes guides for festival visitors. It is operated as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at admin@wiesnwithsepp.com.

Wiesn World is not affiliated with the official Oktoberfest, the City of Munich, or any tent, brewery or reservation platform. Any brewery or tent names are used for identification only.

2. What we provide

We offer a free live reservation tracker and reference guides on this site, and we sell a paid digital product, the First-Timer’s Playbook, a downloadable PDF guide to visiting Oktoberfest. These terms govern your use of the site and any purchase you make from us.

3. Purchases and payment

The First-Timer’s Playbook is sold by Wiesn World through Payhip, our checkout and download platform. When you buy the Playbook, Payhip processes the payment and delivers your download, and Payhip’s terms and privacy policy also apply to that purchase. Payhip calculates and handles VAT where it applies to your location, and any applicable VAT is shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

The Playbook is delivered digitally. After a successful payment you receive access to download the PDF, and a copy of the download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is immediate in most cases. If you do not receive your download, contact admin@wiesnwithsepp.com and we will resend it.

5. Refunds

The Playbook comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Full details, including how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy the Playbook, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the file publicly, and you may not reproduce substantial parts of it without our written permission. All content on this site and in the Playbook remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

7. Nature of the guidance

The Playbook and everything on this site are provided for general information only. Oktoberfest tent policies, reservation systems, opening dates and availability change frequently and are controlled by third parties, not by us. We cannot guarantee that following the guide will secure you a table, a reservation or any particular outcome, and reservation data shown on the tracker is sourced from public booking pages and may not reflect real-time availability. You are responsible for checking details directly with tents and official sources before making plans or payments.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiesn World is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the information in the Playbook or on this site, including travel, accommodation or reservation costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
